Plenary Assembly

The Plenary Assembly (PA) is composed by the associated partners (voting rights), collaborating partners, Executive Agency for Health and Consumers (EAHC), European Commision (EC), Associated Project Group (APG) and stakeholder representatives (no voting right). The PA meets once a year in person and accordingly to a yearly plan via teleconference. It reviews the Executive Committee (ExCo) decisions, provides the ExCo with strategic guidance and ensures that the Joint Action's objectives are met. The PA meetings are co-chaired by a representative of the Coordinator and a representative of the EC.
The main task of the PA is to review and comment decisions made by the ExCo. Therefore, the PA  serves as an oversight committee with regard to the Joint Action's main objectives and anticipated goals. It also reviews the results of all the Work Packages and makes additional suggestions as to the course of actions to be carried out in the future.
